What is Natural Bods?

Natural Bods is an Australian online store offering thoughtfully chosen products for a more natural approach to everyday living and wellbeing.

We believe in choosing simple, considered products that fit naturally into everyday life.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide.

International shipping is not currently available.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are:

-Standard: approximately 2–8 business days

-Express: approximately 1–4 business days

How much does shipping cost?

From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions or discount codes.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we don't accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been opened or used and are intended to come into contact with the mouth or body, such as drink bottles and other personal-use products.

What if my product arrives damaged or is faulty?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our returns policy.

How do I care for my copper bottle?

Copper requires a little care to keep its beautiful finish.

Please follow the care instructions supplied with your bottle. We recommend hand washing and avoiding harsh or abrasive cleaning products.

As copper can react with certain acidic liquids, please follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding what can safely be stored in your bottle.

Can I put hot drinks in my copper bottle?

Copper bottles are intended for their recommended use as specified by the manufacturer.

Please refer to the care and use instructions supplied with your bottle before using it with anything other than water.

Can I put carbonated or acidic drinks in my copper bottle?

We recommend using your copper bottle as directed by the manufacturer and avoiding liquids that are not recommended for copper.

If you're unsure whether a particular drink is suitable, please check the manufacturer's care instructions.

Are your products plastic-free?

We aim to offer products that align with a more natural and considered approach to everyday living. However, products and packaging can vary, so please refer to the individual product description for specific material information.

Are your products Australian made?

Products may come from different manufacturers and countries of origin. The country of origin will be stated where relevant on the individual product listing.
